My last stop before returning to Athens then home.
A transit day with two legs, Chania to Milos, Milos to Paros, 5 hour stopover. The stopover was spent first at the little beach adjacent to the port and then at a bar/restaurant at the port. Luckily I am a avid people watcher so these longer stopovers are ok for me. This is my third time at Milos Port.
First impressions, the island is much flatter and more spread out than usual. There are few prominent peaks to be seen and the absence of ‘old’ settlements gives it the spread out look.
The hotel is located on the beach and an easy walk from the port. My room has a nice view looking up towards the main town with the high hills beyond.
There is a laid back vibe here and shouild be a good way to round out my cycladic holiday.
